You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to use online sports-analytics services in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where sports betting or related services are prohibited

See our Eligibility page for the current list of US states where online sports betting is legal. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility in your jurisdiction.

Bench Coach provides statistical analysis of Major League Baseball games, including win probability estimates, run expectancy, and comparisons against live sportsbook odds. The Service is informational.

We do not accept wagers. We are not a sportsbook. All wagering activity described or referenced on the Service occurs at third-party sportsbooks that maintain their own terms, eligibility rules, and regulatory compliance.

The Service does not constitute:

• Investment, financial, or tax advice
• A recommendation to place any wager
• A guarantee of any outcome

Past model performance does not guarantee future results. All sports betting carries risk of financial loss. You are solely responsible for your wagering decisions and any outcomes.

Some features require a user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so is illegal
• Attempt to circumvent age or eligibility checks
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service’s content or model outputs for commercial redistribution
• Interfere with the operation of the Service (excessive requests, automation, attacks)
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead others
• Represent yourself as an authorized agent, partner, or affiliate of Bench Coach without written permission

The Service, including model outputs and methodology documentation, is owned by [PLACEHOLDER: company legal name]. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Public baseball data (MLB Stats API, Retrosheet) is sourced with attribution. You are permitted to reference model outputs in non-commercial discussion (social media, personal blog) with attribution to Bench Coach.

The Service references data and odds from third parties including MLB Stats API, Retrosheet, The Odds API, Open-Meteo, and ESPN injury data. Sportsbook odds are displayed for informational comparison. Clicking an outbound link to a sportsbook transfers you to that sportsbook’s service, subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Bench Coach may enter into affiliate relationships with regulated US sportsbooks. See our Affiliate Disclosure page for details. When an affiliate relationship is active, links to partner sportsbooks may provide compensation to Bench Coach. We disclose material connections inline, as required by FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BENCH COACH DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:

• Model outputs will be accurate, timely, or profitable
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Third-party data will be current or complete
• Sportsbook odds displayed will match odds available at the sportsbook at the time of wager
