Bench Coach — Legal

Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-05-04

What This Page Is

This page discloses the affiliate relationships that Bench Coach has, or may have, with third-party sportsbooks and related services. It is written to comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and the standards of affiliate-program compliance (DraftKings Partners, FanDuel Affiliate Network, BetMGM Affiliate, Caesars Affiliate, and others).

What an Affiliate Relationship Is

Bench Coach participates in, or intends to participate in, affiliate programs operated by regulated US sportsbooks. Under these programs, when a user clicks a link from our Service to a sportsbook and subsequently takes certain actions (such as registering an account or placing a qualifying wager), Bench Coach may receive compensation from the sportsbook.

Compensation may take the form of:

  • Cost-per-acquisition (CPA): a one-time payment for new user registrations or first-time deposits
  • Revenue share:a recurring percentage of the sportsbook’s net revenue from users referred by us

The amount we receive does not change your price, odds, bonuses, or terms at the sportsbook. It is paid by the sportsbook from its own budget, not by the user.

Our Current Partners

As of 2026-05-04, Bench Coach has no active affiliate relationships with any sportsbook, and has not yet submitted affiliate-program applications to any sportsbook. References to sportsbooks (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, etc.) on the Service are for analytics comparison only. Outbound CTAs route through /affiliate-coming-soon for transparency until applications are submitted, reviewed, and approved. If a partnership is approved in the future, this page will be updated to reflect the relationship before any compensated link goes live.

How We Disclose in Practice

When a sportsbook affiliate relationship is active, any link or button taking you to that sportsbook will be marked near the link with language such as:

“We may receive compensation from [Sportsbook] when you click this link and take certain actions at their site. See our Affiliate Disclosure.”

This inline disclosure is required by FTC rules and appears close to the link — not buried in footers or terms of service.

Our Editorial Independence

Bench Coach selects the sportsbooks referenced on the Service based on market relevance, data availability, and user utility. Affiliate compensation does not determine:

  • Which sportsbooks’ odds we display
  • How our model calculates win probability or expected value
  • Our methodology or backtesting approach
  • The ordering or presentation of sportsbook comparisons on the Service

If a sportsbook offers better odds for a given market, our analytics reflect that regardless of whether that sportsbook is one of our partners. Compensation from a partner does not change the math.

Your Choices

You are free to:

  • Use the Service without ever clicking an affiliate link
  • Bet at any regulated sportsbook, including ones we do not have a relationship with
  • Block affiliate tracking cookies in your browser (may affect attribution but does not affect your user experience)

For Sportsbook Partners

Sportsbooks wishing to discuss a partnership can contact partnerships@benchcoach.io. We select partners based on user value, regulatory compliance, and alignment with our analytics-first posture.

Regulatory Context

This disclosure is designed to comply with:

  • FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) — material connection disclosure
  • State advertising regulations in US jurisdictions where sports betting is legal
  • Affiliate program terms of each sportsbook partner

Bench Coach is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers. All wagering occurs at third-party sportsbooks that are independently regulated by state authorities and subject to their own terms.

Updates

We review and update this page when:

  • A new affiliate relationship is approved or terminated
  • Regulatory requirements change
