Bench Coach — Legal
Last updated: 2026-05-04
Bench Coach is a sports analytics service. We do not accept wagers. Third-party sportsbooks that we reference each maintain their own eligibility rules based on state law and individual licensing.
This page summarizes: (1) the minimum age to use Bench Coach, (2) the US states where online sports betting is currently legal, and (3) your responsibility to confirm your own eligibility before wagering at any third-party sportsbook.
You must be 21 years or older to use Bench Coach.
When you first visit the Service, you will be asked to confirm your age. A cookie remembers your verification for 30 days. After that, we ask again. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to use the Service.
Some US jurisdictions permit online sports betting at 18+. We enforce 21+ globally to satisfy the strictest applicable standard. This does not change your eligibility at a third-party sportsbook — each sportsbook sets its own minimum age based on state law.
State legality was last verified on 2026-05-04 against published regulatory sources, including the American Gaming Association state gaming map, each state’s gaming-control authority, and contemporary industry reporting (Fox Sports, Legal Sports Report). Verify current status before wagering.

Bench Coach and the analytics we provide are informational. Nothing on our Service constitutes an offer to wager, a recommendation to wager, or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
US sports-betting legality evolves continuously. We update this page when we learn of material changes. However, we do not guarantee that the information here is current between updates. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent verification.
